Brief description: A rectangular panel with a thin light blue rectangular boarder with a thicker inner pale pink boarder the innermost part is made up of light blue squares vary slightly in colour (three across seven down). The squares depict animals including fish, turtles, cats and owls as well as fluer de lis, ornamental crosses and inscriptions.
