GLASS FUSING FOR CHILDREN
Children's glass fusing workshops at The Stained Glass Museum
Throughout the school holidays we run regular glass fusing workshops for children.
Learn the principles and theory of glass cutting, fusing and firing stained glass.
You will then work on your own design and make a 10cm x10cm glass piece to take home
Your glass will need to be kiln-fired after the workshop is finished. This process takes 24 hours and will usually takes place on the following day because someone needs to be on the premises during firing. Once your fused artwork has been kiln-fired and cooled, we will contact you to let you know it is ready for collection.
All young people must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of the workshop.
Suitable for ages: 7+
Advance booking essential on 01353 660347; all children must be accompanied by an adult for these workshops
For upcoming workshop dates visit our What's On page.
