Brief description: One of four angel octofoils from rose window designed by John Hungerford Pollen and made by James Powell and Sons, 1863. Shows winged angel almost full-face, haloed, as young girl in modern looking dress emerging from clouds, hands in prayer. Pre-Raphaelite effect.

One of four angel octofoils (roundels with eight lobes) showing angels with wings and haloes, shown as young girls emerging from clouds with hands folded in prayer. They are wearing modern-looking dresses with collar and long full sleeves. This angel almost full-face. Cream robes, orange halo, red and cream wings. Simple background, foils with plain green glass and thin border. Pre-Raphaelite effect of face and garment.
